Some Principles

If you think others aren’t up to the mark, then show your own solution. Otherwise, keep quiet! Don’t gossip around like a villager.

If you can’t clearly express an idea yourself, don’t share it publicly. Sharing incomplete ideas with others, especially with your boss, might just kill a good idea because of poor presentation.

If you can prove you’re excellent and those around you aren’t, then leave and find better partners.
